Fibers harvested from the strong skeleton of a  Prickly Pear Cactus on an intricate piece of cholla cactus from the Sonoran Desert. Mounted on Arizona petrified wood from the Triassic period, over 250,000,000 million years ago. Hand-painted with transparent acrylic colors, and given an archival museum finish to ensure years of luminous color.
